Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding customer service and support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries, product information, and order processing effectively.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and ensure high-quality service.




- Stay informed about product offerings and industry trends to offer accurate information.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system for tracking and reporting.

- Fluency in German and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support software is advantageous.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Available for a 4 months fully paid training in Greece
