Key Responsibilities

- Respond to Hungarian-speaking players' inquiries via email, ensuring timely and effective assistance.
- Assist with troubleshooting, game account issues, and provide guidance on gameplay questions.
- Strive to deliver a high level of service that leads to improved player satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain detailed records of player interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with other departments to escalate issues or relay valuable player insights.




- Stay informed on product updates and gaming news to provide accurate support.

- Fluency in Hungarian (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service or tech support roles is preferred.
