Job Description: Junior Campaign Specialist - Danish Market (Hybrid, Barcelona)

We are seeking a motivated Junior Campaign Specialist for the Danish market to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. This is a hybrid working model with flexibility to work both on-site and from home.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage online advertising campaigns, ensuring strong performance.

- Create compelling sales proposals and pitch them effectively to clients over the phone.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

- BA/BS degree or equivalent (MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus).
- 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Danish (native or C2 level) and English (B2 level).
- Strong analytical skills and client-focused mindset.
- A keen interest in customer interaction and achieving business goals.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and adapt to a rapidly changing workplace.
