Key Responsibilities:

- Review and moderate user-generated content across various platforms in German.

- Ensure that all content adheres to community guidelines and company policies.

- Evaluate content for accuracy, quality, and relevance.

- Report and escalate any content that violates company policies or legal regulations.

- Work closely with the team to improve the quality of moderation and content standards.

- Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on content policies, tools, and industry best practices.

- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the content moderation processes.

Requirements:

- Native or fluent in German (C1 or higher).

- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.





- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital content trends.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.

- Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
