As a key member of the support team, you will engage with Polish-speaking players, addressing their questions and concerns while providing exceptional support for Riot Games’ titles.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent player support to Polish-speaking customers through various channels, including chat, email, and phone.
- Assist players with inquiries related to game features, technical issues, and account management.
- Quickly and effectively resolve player issues to ensure a positive gaming experience.
- Document interactions and feedback thoroughly to support continuous improvement in service quality.
- Collaborate with game developers and community management to share player insights and concerns.
- Stay informed about game updates, features,
and industry trends to offer knowledgeable assistance.
- Fluency in Polish (oral and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or player support roles is preferred, particularly in the gaming sector.
- Strong understanding of gaming culture and familiarity with Riot Games’ titles is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, actionable solutions to players.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively.
