This position focuses exclusively on email correspondence, providing a vital support role for our clients. As a Backoffice Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring that customer inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

- Respond to Polish-speaking client emails promptly and accurately, addressing their inquiries related to services and products.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather information and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain organized records of email communications to ensure seamless follow-up and quality service.
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and report feedback to improve processes.
- Assist in ensuring that all responses adhere to company policy and maintain high standards of quality and professionalism.





- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken); English proficiency is an asset.
- Experience in a backoffice or administrative support role is advantageous.
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
