Key Responsibilities

- Review and moderate user-generated content in Polish to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
- Classify and evaluate content according to established moderation policies.
- Identify and report instances of inappropriate content or policy violations to the appropriate teams.
- Provide insights on content patterns and user engagement to help refine moderation strategies.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance moderation processes and improve user experience.




- Stay up to date with company policies regarding content moderation and community interaction.

- Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to rigorously apply guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills for effectively articulating moderation decisions.
