Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding customer service in Polish for inquiries related to automotive products and services.
- Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.




- Collaborate with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.

- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector is a plus.
