Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries about cybersecurity solutions, service offerings, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
- Assist customers with issues related to account management, product functionalities, and troubleshooting security concerns.
- Provide clear information on cybersecurity best practices and company policies.
- Document customer interactions and troubleshooting steps accurately in the CRM system.
