This role is perfect for individuals eager to work in a vibrant environment while providing support in Polish. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries regarding payment solutions, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries about payment solutions, transactions, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
- Provide clear and accurate information about products, features, and fee structures.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to their payment accounts and processing transactions.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and issues in the CRM system for effective follow-up and record-keeping.




- Collaborate with technical teams to address complex inquiries and enhance service delivery.
- Stay informed of industry trends and updates to provide relevant support to customers.

- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English and Greek is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the payments or financial services industry.
- Strong communication skills with a positive and customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries effectively and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Willingness to relocate to or work from Greece, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
