Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries regarding telecommunications services, products, and account management via phone, email, and live chat in Polish.
- Provide detailed information on service plans, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries, technical support, and account issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for quality assurance.




- Collaborate with technical teams and other departments to facilitate service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest telecommunications trends and products to provide accurate information to customers.

- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English and/or Greek is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer needs.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is desirable.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and work adaptable hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
