You will assist users with their inquiries regarding Riot Games, helping them navigate issues related to their accounts and providing top-notch support through email.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries and support requests primarily through email in Polish.
- Assist users with account management, game-related issues, and other inquiries related to Riot Games.
- Provide clear and accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve concerns efficiently.
- Document all interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM system to maintain comprehensive support records.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in Riot Games and related services to provide informed assistance.

- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
