Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries about the social media platform, including account support, features, and policies via phone, email, and live chat in Portuguese.
- Assist users with troubleshooting issues and provide guidance on using various platform features effectively.
- Document and escalate complex issues to technical teams as needed.
- Educate users about safety practices, community guidelines, and platform updates.
- Collaborate with general teams to improve user experience and address feedback.




- Stay updated on platform developments and industry trends to deliver accurate information.

- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
