This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Risk Controlling Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and strengthening the Risk Controlling function with an emphasis on the Internal Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process (ILAAP) and overall Liquidity Risk Management. You will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and analysis of models for liquidity risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Accountabilities

- Lead the design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ILAAP framework.
- Develop and enhance methodologies for measuring liquidity risk.
- Spearhead the design and calibration of liquidity stress scenarios.
- Ensure compliance with European and German regulatory requirements.
- Establish and maintain architectural design of risk limits for liquidity and funding.
- Improve quality, governance, and lineage of core balance sheet data.
- Act as primary methodological expert for auditors and regulators.

Requirements

- Quantitative academic background (Master's in statistics, mathematics, economics, or similar).
- 5+ years of practical experience in risk controlling or consultancy with expertise in Liquidity Risk and ILAAP.
- Strong understanding of the overall ILAAP framework and liquidity-related KRIs.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for quantitative analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to generate actionable insights from complex data.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience with data governance and data quality management is a plus.




- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
