As a Senior Innovation Consultant in our Transport & Mobility team, you will be at the forefront of developing sustainable and intelligent transport systems across Europe. You'll translate bold ideas into fundable R&D; projects that generate measurable impact—working alongside top-tier partners, institutions, and companies to shape tomorrow’s mobility solutions.You will lead the way in identifying, developing, and managing innovative projects across the mobility and logistics sectors. Using your technical expertise, EU funding knowledge, and entrepreneurial mindset, you'll guide our clients from concept to success, helping them unlock funding opportunities and deliver high-impact results—all while embracing PNO’s core values: authenticity, excellence, entrepreneurship, and collaborative success.

- Co-create and manage R&D; project ideas with partners across the mobility value chain.

- Craft high-quality EU grant proposals (e.g., Horizon Europe, CEF, LIFE) with strategic clarity and technical depth.

- Lead funded projects: organize workshops, perform market/stakeholder analyses, and guide exploitation strategies.

- Deliver high-end consulting services to corporates, research centres, public bodies, and EU institutions.

- Continuously monitor policy and tech trends in mobility, CCAM, 2ZERO, ITS, and logistics.

- Build trusted client relationships and expand PNO’s network in sustainable transport innovation.

- Foster a culture of learning by mentoring junior colleagues and sharing expertise.





- Champion PNO’s innovation values—through your mindset, your work, and your results.

- 8+ years in innovation consultancy or in transport, mobility, automotive, or logistics domains.

- Deep knowledge of CCAM and/or 2ZERO themes (e.g., AVs, EVs, connected infrastructure, ITS).

- Proven experience with EU research funding programmes (Horizon 2020/HEU, LIFE, Innovation Fund, etc.).

- Background in engineering, energy systems, logistics, urban planning, or similar.

- Strong writing, communication, and client-facing skills in English (fluency required).

- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking capabilities.

- Skilled in cross-cultural collaboration and managing remote, international teams.

- Open to travelling across Europe for client meetings and events.
