Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present a unique opportunity for a Slovak Speaking Customer Service Agent for Booking.com, complete with paid relocation to the stunning country of Greece. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Slovak-speaking customers, providing them with support and assistance for their travel bookings and inquiries.

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries in Slovak through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with the booking process, modifications, cancellations, and general travel-related questions to ensure a smooth experience.
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise and provide timely solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for quality assurance and service improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
- Stay informed about Booking.com’s services,



promotions, and policies to provide accurate and helpful advice to customers.

- Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken), with English proficiency considered an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions with empathy.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking platforms is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate and embrace the culture of Greece.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
