Key Responsibilities

- Engage with clients to identify their specific needs and business goals through in-depth consultations.
- Design and present customized solutions that address client challenges and enhance operational efficiency.

- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to offer relevant advice to clients.

- Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
- A good understanding of technology solutions, with a willingness to learn new tools and systems.
