Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of solutions.
- Conduct training sessions to empower clients in maximizing the use of our products and services.




- Keep abreast of market trends and new technologies to provide informed recommendations during consultations.

- Fluency in both Irish and English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Prior experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a similar role is desired.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on client needs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building with clients.
- Technical proficiency and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
