- Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends to deliver informed support.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in services.

- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle and resolve challenging customer situations effectively.
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools is an advantage.
