Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Communicate product information clearly, assisting customers with their questions and needs.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system.




- Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer service processes and enhance customer experiences.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.

- Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in office applications.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new culture and work environment.
