Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer support to Swedish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding account management, game rules, promotions, and technical issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate any complex issues that arise.
- Stay updated on industry trends, gaming regulations,



and company policies to provide informed support.

- Fluency in Swedish (oral and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
