Adecuado Candidates

We are seeking exceptional PhD-level researchers with the following qualifications:

- PhD from a top 100-200 QS ranked university
- At least 36 months of continuous postdoctoral or professional research experience
- Proven track record of publications, patents, or technological innovation
- Openness to cross-cultural collaboration and working in Mandarin-speaking environments (language and integration support may be available)

- Academic or professional background in one or more of the following fields:
- Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
- Biomedical Sciences / Pharmaceuticals
- Robotics / Advanced Manufacturing
- Semiconductors / Microelectronics




- Green Energy / Sustainable Engineering
- Quantum / Space Technologies

- Research funding for candidates conducting basic scientific research
- Appointment to a professorship or equivalent title in a leading Chinese institution
- Preference given to candidates currently holding senior academic or executive positions in globally recognized universities, R&D; institutions, or multinational companies
