Netenders / Wordans is a global leader in the textile industry, generating over €1M/week. We are scaling our Custom Apparel and Exclusive Collections departments for the US, Canadian, and European markets.
The Mission:
We need top-tier freelance designers to create high-converting T-shirt designs. This is not just "art"; it is commercial design meant to trigger clicks on Google Shopping.
What you will do:
- Create original designs based on specific niches (B2B, Minimalist, Corporate, Local Pride).
- Deliver print-ready files (Vector, high-res PNG, color separations).
- Create high-quality mockups that stand out on a white background (Google Shopping optimized).
- Adapt designs for various garment colors and printing methods (DTG, Screen printing).
Requirements:
- Proven track record in Print-on-Demand (POD) or apparel branding.
- Mastery of typography, layout,
and current US/European streetwear/minimalist trends.
- Ability to work fast and iterate based on sales data.
- Perfect understanding of Google Shopping visual requirements (clean, clickable, professional).
