Responsibilities

- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and medication administration
- Support residents with mobility and physical exercises as required
- Monitor and document residents’ health and well-being, promptly reporting any changes to the care team
- Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance residents' quality of life




- Maintain cleanliness and organization in resident living areas
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs
- Participate in training and development to enhance your caregiving skills

- Previous experience as a care assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine compassion for helping others.
- Ability to work well within a team and maintain effective communication.
- Willingness to relocate to Ireland and immerse yourself in a new culture.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in healthcare or social care are advantageous.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings if required.
