Finance Lead (Accounting & FP&A;)

We’re hiring a Finance Lead to fully own the finance function across our U.S. parent company (Delaware C-Corp) and Spanish branch.

This is a high-impact, individual-contributor role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and prefers operating without a direct team, leveraging technology and external providers. You will work closely with the CEO, COO, and founders, owning financial control, planning, compliance, reporting, and strategic analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Finance & FP&A;

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash planning
- Maintain and improve financial models (pricing, scenarios, cap table, stock options)
- Build and track key SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR, cohorts, churn, payback, etc.)
- Prepare investor reporting and board materials

Accounting, Tax & Compliance

- Coordinate accounting and tax filings with advisors in Spain and the U.S.
- Own month-end close, intercompany reconciliation, and financial statements
- Ensure tax and regulatory compliance in Spain (IVA, IS, 111/115/190/390/349) and U.S. (1120, franchise tax)
- Manage controls, audits, and statutory obligations





Revenue & Billing

- Oversee billing and collections (Chargebee/Stripe)
- Monitor invoicing, accruals, and deferred revenue
- Align revenue recognition with reporting and accounting standards

Tools & Automation

- Automate workflows (Excel/Sheets, Notion, Zapier, Slack)
- Operate across QuickBooks, Chargebee, HubSpot, and internal tools
- Maintain visibility over payments, treasury, and short-term cash

About You

- 5+ years of experience in finance, including 1–2 years in startup/scale-up or SaaS
- Experience working across international structures (Spain + U.S.)
- Advanced Excel/Sheets capabilities; familiarity with Stripe/Chargebee/QuickBooks a plus
- Comfortable owning the finance function without a direct internal team
- Strong analytical and business judgement, attention to detail
- Fluent in English and Spanish
