Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and accommodations via phone, email, and chat in Romanian.
- Provide information on property details, availability, and travel-related services.
- Assist customers with resolving issues related to their bookings and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and manage follow-ups as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.

- Fluency in Romanian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
