Job Title: Sales Support Contractor – Consumer Business

About the role
Solenis Hispania S.A. is looking for a Sales Support Contractor to provide operational and administrative support to our Consumer sales team based in Tarragona. This role is adecuado for someone with prior experience supporting sales teams who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable coordinating across departments.

The initial contract will be for 2 months, with the possibility of extension depending on workload and business needs.

Key responsibilities
The successful candidate will support the sales team with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks, including:

- Coordinating the reception and/or delivery of materials for sales employees
- Tracking payments and managing invoicing in coordination with the accounting department
- Placing, managing,



and coordinating the shipment of PPE orders
- Liaising with prevention services to organize medical check-ups
- Supporting the onboarding of new employees (vehicle requests, system access, documentation, equipment, etc.)
- Sending documentation to clients
- Booking hotels and managing travel-related arrangements

Requirements

- Proven experience in a similar role, providing administrative or operational support to a sales team
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
- Comfortable working with different internal departments and external providers
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
