WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Drive discovery, demo, and design sessions with the customer’s Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management teams to understand their business needs and map them to functional requirements.
- Recommend future state workflows, challenge, and guide the customer through implementing Eightfold (eightfold.ai).
- Act as the customer’s trusted advisor on business process evolution to drive robust outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the talented nformal technical team to assess the feasibility of requirements and customize the solution delivered to the customer.
- Work closely with the Engagement Manager, who will drive the project based on agile methodology.




- Demonstrate the solution's functionalities and train the customer’s team.

WHAT YOU BRING:

- Experience as a technology implementation consultant with over three customer go-lives under your belt.
- 4+ years of experience with an HRIS or ATS.
- Understanding of HR processes and HR data management in a large organization.
- Initiative to tackle tough tasks with a sense of urgency and engagement.
- Agility to actively seek new ways to grow and face challenges.
- Courage to address difficult issues and voice what needs to be said.
