What will you be doing?

You’ll join our Madrid team to lead end-to-end recruitment processes, working closely with our clients and regional teams.

The role involves managing multiple searches simultaneously — from intake to candidate presentation — across a range of industries and cultures.

We’d love to meet you if you have:

- Previous experience managing full-cycle recruitment, ideally in consulting or fast-paced environments.





- Solid knowledge of recruitment tools such as ATS platforms, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.

- Strong business understanding and the ability to advise hiring managers on profiles, timelines, and market trends.

- Experience hiring professionals in fields like tech, product, marketing, and/or sales.

- Great organizational skills, with the ability to manage several searches at once and meet recruitment KPIs.

- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, people-first attitude.

- Intermediate to advanced English level.

? Location: Madrid. Contract type: Six-month direct employment contract. Work model: Hybrid (on-site + remote)
