We are currently seeking a Swedish-speaking Junior Campaign Specialist to become part of our energetic team in Barcelona. This hybrid position allows you to enjoy the best of both worlds—working from our office two days a week and from home the other three. You’ll be instrumental in helping clients grow their businesses using a suite of Google products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, manage, and optimize digital campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other Google tools to drive client success.
- Track campaign performance, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare insightful reports for both internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate with senior team members and creative experts to design and implement marketing strategies across a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in Google Ads to maintain top-tier campaign performance.
- Provide outstanding support to clients, answering their questions, resolving any issues, and offering tailored recommendations for improving campaign results.
- Assist account managers with strategic planning, campaign execution, and detailed reporting.
- Work with a variety of Swedish-speaking clients, crafting solutions that fit their specific market needs.

What We’re Looking For:

- Native or near-native proficiency in Swedish, and solid skills in English.




- A genuine interest in digital marketing with a strong desire to grow and learn, especially within the Google Ads environment.
- Experience with Google Ads is a plus, but not required!
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to identify insights and trends from data.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Ability to balance working in a hybrid setting, spending two days in our Barcelona office and three days working remotely.
