What you will do:

- Provide services and advice to external and internal clients.
- Coordinate and collaborate with different departments of AIMPLAS.
- Realization of States of the art.
- Prepare offers, job proposals.
- Prepare project proposals according to institutional templates.
- Participate in the realization of the budget.
- Carry out technical developments.
- Pilot plant tests (Compounding, extrusion, injection, composite formulation)
- Ensure the proper functioning of the equipment it handles, including carrying out or supervising preventive and corrective maintenance, internal calibrations, etc.
- Search and select new equipment and / or accessories according to the needs and possibilities.
- Analysis of results and drafting of conclusions and reports.
- Presentation of results.




- Participate in the activities of scientific dissemination, technological foresight, dissemination and communication.

- You have high analytical skills, organization, strong communitation and influencing skills, initiative, creativity, flexibility, customer orientation, leadership skills, self-motivated and able to independently lead, you are a team player, people oriented (cooperation and empathy).
- You have a degree, preferably PhD in the related fields: materials engineering, chemistry or an equivalent combination. Additional requirements: valuable specific Master's degree in plastics materials.
- Fluent conversation in English and Spanish.
- Knowledges in plastic sectir and their transformation processes (ATL, AFP, SMC...). We are looking for a versatile profile with great business development capacity and experience in the execution of R&D; projects.
