Salary: €20,500 gross/year + up to €2,000 gross/year bonus

Role Overview

We are looking for a German-speaking Technical Support Advisor to join our on-site team in Barcelona. In this role, you will provide professional technical assistance and customer support, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Fluent / Native level German

- Good level of English

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support or Technical Support

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

- Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
