Respond to customer inquiries related to fragrances and ingredients on Sustainability & Regulatory topics, including questionnaires. Provide clear, accurate and timely information to customers. Collaborate with Experts and internal teams to address specific customer questions. Support the development of FAQ materials and documentation on sustainability/regulatory topics. Track and analyze recurring customer inquiries to identify trends and inform strategic decisions. Ensure smooth and proactive communication with all stakeholders.
