We are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our service team in Paguera, Mallorca. You will be responsible for providing excellent table service and creating a welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide attentive, high-quality table service
- Take food and drink orders and ensure accurate delivery
- Advise guests on menu items and daily specials
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant area
- Handle guest feedback in a polite and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar customer-facing role
- Friendly, motivated, and service-oriented attitude
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- German is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
- Valid work authorization for Spain or the EU
