We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Sales Development Specialist to join an on-site team in Valencia, working within the high-tech sector. This role is adecuado for sales-driven professionals who enjoy customer interaction, achieving targets, and growing within an international environment.
About the Role
As a Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and identifying new opportunities while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Achieving sales targets and maximizing opportunities on every interaction
- Identifying customer needs and offering suitable products or services
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions
- Ensuring service delivery meets sales goals and KPIs
- Communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Accurately documenting customer interactions
- Participating in initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and sales results
- Supporting customers with billing-related questions when required
Requirements
- Dutch: C2 level
- English: Advanced level
- Previous experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target- and results-oriented mindset
- Good computer skills
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude
Salary & Benefits
- €21,000 gross per year
