We are looking for a District Manager to join our client, where you will get a chance to work in a rewarding role within a great team.About the jobIn this position, your main duties:Managing sustainable sales performance within their District and ensuring sales and profitability targets are metUpdating,



maintaining and implementing processes/guidelines and providing feedback to teamsImplementing the annual plans of the stores while ensuring the tactical and fiscal integritySecuring retention of high performers and top talents across the organization, especially focusing on managing effectively staff turnoverSecuring delivery of the brand experienceEnsuring excellent and consistent consumer experience based on central guidelinesActively monitoring customer satisfaction and feedback systems to drive continuous service improvementAbout youA motivated talent, who brings along the following background:Minimum 3 years’ experience as a field operator in a customer and commercial focused retail environmentMinimum 3 years’ experience in a store management roleAdvanced numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skillsWillingness to travel in the assigned area up to 90% of working timeA solid understanding of Sales, Marketing, HR, Merchandising on retail store levelStrong customer service focus and relationship building skills
