POSITION SUMMARY

The Accounts clerk ensures the daily assignments are completed on time. He/ she promotes a professional and positive image to all of our guests and contribute to the hotels targets by assisting with the accurate processing of accounts tasks .

He/ she will:

- Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English. Other languages are appreciated.

- Ensure daily tasks assigned with the accounts department are completed on time

- Assist in cost control functions

- Assist In Accounts receivables functions

- Reconcile Accounts that the analysis are in balance

-Flexibility to be able to perform accounts tasks as per daily needs of the department

- Proficiency in Excel , word
