As a Customer Success Intern, you will learn to manage communication with our customers, resolving any issues they may have regarding the platform as well as all their questions. You will learn everything related to customer satisfaction and the functioning of a Customer Success department in a SaaS.

Responsibilities:

-You will learn to manage communication with our customers, resolving their questions via telephone, chat or email.

-You will be in constant communication with the Sales, Product,



and Marketing departments from which you will learn the functioning of Haddock and the behavior of our customers.

-You will provide support to your Manager in the area of cancellations, upsellings, and customized services.

-You will become an expert in our software, capable of detecting faults in the platform and reporting them to the Product team.

-You will learn to provide support to customers, offering them a personal, quick and efficient service, and becoming their ally. Depending on your learning curve, you will collaborate on department-specific projects such as Onboarding & Training Meetings, Churn & Goodbye Interviews...

Who are you?

-You can sign an internship agreement with your university

-You are currently studying or have completed university studies (Degree or Master's) in Business, Communication, Law, Psychology or similar.

-You have previous experience in customer-facing jobs. It will be highly valued.

-You are eager to learn about the startup world and are passionate about constantly growing and changing digital environments.

-You feel comfortable with technology.

-You are a proactive, autonomous person with lots of enthusiasm to learn.





-You are committed and want to have a passionate work experience.

-You want to work autonomously and responsibly under the supervision of your manager.
