Job Description
- Design & deliver training programs to achieve organizational goals.
- Deliver onboarding programs to support new talent retention and smooth transitions.
- Set up on-the-job training, handle placements, and monitor trainee performance.
- Administer training records and ensure efficient filing systems.
- Promote SLS values and lead initiatives to create a fair, safe, and inclusive environment.
