The Main Event: What you'll do

We’re looking for a Process Engineering/Operations Intern to support the Real Estate Business Unit (REBU) in Spain and our Expansion team. You will play a key role in structuring, documenting, and optimizing how we operate, helping us build scalable and efficient processes as we grow across new markets.

Structure and document existing operations across all departments (Supply, Sales, Buyers, Expansion, Finance, and Agents).

Map and standardize workflows to ensure clarity, consistency,



and efficiency.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and understand operational needs.

Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities within processes.

Create clear, standardized documentation for current and future use.

Support operational improvements and help implement best practices across Spain and Expansion teams.

Current student or recent graduate in Operations Management, Auditing, Process Engineering or a related field.

Highly structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.

Strong interest in business operations, process mapping, and organizational structuring.
