We are looking for a motivated and proactive Product Management Engineer Intern to support the design, validation, and optimization of our next-generation medical technologies. This is a cross-functional role at the intersection of engineering, product, and UX—idóneo for students or recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced healthtech startup.
- Conduct user testing and validation to translate real-world feedback into product insights.
- Support the definition of new product features and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to align feature development with product-market fit.
- Assist in the development of new features, from requirements gathering to prototype testing.
- Help define efficient development processes, focusing on usability and impact.
- Gain exposure to medical device development procedures, including documentation, compliance, and design controls.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with or interest in UX/UI design is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability or interest in project management is highly valued.
- Passionate about innovation in medical devices and eager to learn about regulated product development.
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- A self-starter who can work autonomously and with a team.
- Excited by challenges and solving real user problems.
- Interested in bridging engineering with real-world clinical applications.
- Exposure to the full medical product development lifecycle, from idea to market.
