Mira is seeking aSenior Recruiter (Recruiting Lead) to own and run our entire recruiting process end-to-end, ensuring fast, effective, and scalable hiring. The ideal candidate will hire senior, technical, and complex roles across the U.S.
and Europe, and build or significantly improve a recruiting process from scratch at a startup. The role is remote with a 40-hour workweek and versátil hours, including occasional overlap with the US team.
