Full-time or part time / Based in Brussels, BE

You will be a brewer and cold block specialist within a larger team of talented brewers in the new brewery of Port Sud (>25.000 hecto). We look for someone passionate about craft beer, hands-on, and a great teammate.

You will:

· Be an active player in the brewery : brew, manage fermentation, transfer, handle dry hopping, package, etc.

· Make the brewery shine and be fanatic about our cleaning and CIP plan

· Be responsible for your safety and the one of your teammates.

· Bring your high energy to make sure things are done, and well done

· Support sampling and quality control procedures

· Share your passion & ideas to come up with new ideas and improvements

· Enjoy the ride!

What we’re looking for?

We look first and foremost for the right person to fit the team and BBP values.

On top of this we expect :

· Min. 2-year experience in a professional brewery environnement

· Contagious passion for craft beer

· Safety and quality are part of your nature. No shortcut, no compromise!

· Ready to get your hands dirty & the job done!

· Technical knowledge or education is a big plus





· Ability to learn fast and be super curious

· Great communication & social skills

· Comfortable working across different brewery operations

· English is required. French and/or Dutch is a plus.

Brussels Beer Project was born in 2013 with the election of DELTA IPA among 4 prototypes. A great choice!
