Descripción del trabajo Experteer Overview As Facilities Engineer at Roche Sant Cugat, you drive engineering and automation projects while maintaining critical building utilities. You act as the technical interface with external service providers, ensuring compliance, documentation, and reliable operations.

You'll coordinate maintenance activities, manage KPIs, and support sustainability and digital tools to enable data-driven decisions. This role combines project delivery with stakeholder collaboration in a regulated, fast-moving environment, offering meaningful impact on facility reliability and safety.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

Manage and deliver engineering and automation projects from start to finish, including small- to medium-sized initiatives and supporting larger CAPEX efforts

Coordinate daily activities of technical contractors, monitor service performance against KPIs, and report via Roche maintenance systems

Ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance, supporting audits and inspections and maintaining documentation

Contribute to sustainability and digital transformation through efficient asset management and data-driven decision-making

Oversee preventive,



predictive and corrective maintenance for building utilities (HVAC, electricity, water, gas) and critical automated assets, ensuring availability and compliance

Maintain integrity of asset and maintenance data in the CMMS, including work orders and spare parts information

Support root cause investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions to improve asset reliability

Build proactive relationships with internal stakeholders and communicate before issues impact operations

Responsabilidades

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Automation)

1. 7 years of experience in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Project Management

Experience in managing technical and engineering projects with project tracking methodologies/tools

Knowledge of local regulations and codes for building and industrial installations

Good communication skills in English and Spanish

Solution-oriented attitude with strong communication to internal clients
