Experteer Overview
In this role you drive procurement transformation and tool adoption across AXA Partners in a global setting.
You will lead training, data quality improvements, and sustainability-aligned procurement practices while collaborating with regional and central teams.
You’ll shape end-to-end procurement processes, support COUPA and related systems, and contribute to AXA’s sustainability commitments.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that blends project management with global stakeholder engagement to deliver measurable impact.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead procurement transformation initiatives and drive tool adoption (Coupa/Contract System); serve as primary contact for system issues and user support; monitor tool usage and communicate insights to stakeholders; act as Key Business User for COUPA P2P in CLP and France; collaborate with Global Procure to Pay team on project and BAU activities
• Develop and deliver end-to-end procurement process training including policies on delegated procurement and SOPs; maintain training materials and Share
Point-accessible process docs
• Lead data cleansing and vendor management efforts: user recertification, entity alignment,
contract approval tracking; review/deactivate obsolete vendors; streamline onboarding to reduce approval times and improve time-to-market
• Support sustainability initiatives: Eco
Vadis rating submissions, CO2 emissions planning, align vendor data with sustainability policies; assist in vendor classification for Du0026I spend and sustainability transition
• Complete project management training and apply skills to procurement projects; maintain proactive communication across regions and functions
Responsabilidades
• Proven experience in procurement transformation, process improvement, or supplier management
• Strong knowledge of Coupa and CLM; interest in AI initiatives to streamline processes
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Expertise in data management and cleansing
• Ability to collaborate across regions and functions
• Proactive problem-solving and stakeholder engagement
• Fluent in English; French and/or Spanish is a plus
• Experience in regulated environments; end-to-end procurement knowledge in a global context
