You’ll own the day-to-day of our last-mile delivery network keeping it stable and robust.

/ppbr/ppstrongWhat you’ll do /strong /pp∙ Keep the routing engine humming: postcode assignments, service level, coverage rules /pp∙ Spot hub saturation before it becomes a problem /pp∙ Support new hub and sub-hub launches from zero to live /pp∙ Jump on incidents fast and fix them with the ops and tech teams /pp∙ Own the data that keeps the network honest: service files, dashboards, service level tracking /pp∙ Work side by side with hub managers, 3PL partners and cross-functional teams /ppbr/ppstrongWhat you bring /strong /pp∙ 3+ years in logistics, operations, supply chain or something close /pp∙ Fluent in Excel and comfortable with large datasets /pp∙ You spot patterns in numbers other people miss /pp∙ You take ownership without being asked twice /pp∙ Strong communication skills in English /pp∙ Chinese / Spanish are a plus.

SQL or Python is a plus /pp3.
Experience:3+ in logistics, last-mile operations, supply chain or network planning. xqbhyrx
Fluent English required, Chinese / Spanish are a plus /pp4.
Soft skills: Strong ownership, attention to detail, problem-solving under pressure, clear communication, team player across ops and tech /pp5.
Other: Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional and international teams /p
