In this Manager role at BCG Vantage, you help shape CX and Sales opportunities for client pitches and thought leadership. You will map client needs to the right experts, surface pain points, and assemble relevant examples and materials to support winning proposals. You act as a CX content expert and thought partner to case teams, driving intellectual property development and go-to-market efforts. You’ll also mentor junior colleagues and coordinate cross-functional input to deliver high-impact client solutions.

• Surfacing client pain points and pulling together relevant client examples
• Share POVs and lead Sales.AI-powered product demos in proposals
• Act as CX content expert to case teams and sector leaders, helping structure and solve client issues




• Drive development of CX intellectual property and knowledge assets and support commercialization efforts
• Potentially line-manage junior colleagues and provide goal setting and development support
• Collaborate across global topic leads to bring CX expertise to client engagements
Responsabilidades
• 4-8 years of relevant industry experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience mentoring or coaching colleagues
• Hands-on xqbhyrx experience in B2C contexts: customer research, channel diagnostics, journey mapping, or CX operating model design
• Experience in orchestrating complex sales cycles, demos, and deal conversion; key account management is a plus
• Experience helping teams craft strong client pitches and coordinating cross-functional inputs
• Experience learning and applying AI-enabled tools
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
