We are recruiting fluent German-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join a leading artificial intelligence research and technology company at a modern international contact centre in Barcelona, Spain. What you'll do:

- Handle customer enquiries by phone, chat and/or email in German, with English as the working language
- Provide first-contact resolution and an excellent customer experience
- Accurately log interactions in the company's CRM system
- Work rotating shifts covering the operation's opening hours, Monday to Sunday

What we're looking for:




- Native or C1-level fluency in German; good command of English
- EU citizenship, valid EU work permit, or refugee protection certificate (eligibility depends on final client requirements)
- Candidates based in Barcelona, Spain preferred
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- No previous experience required — full xqbhyrx paid training provided
