As part of a strategic growth project, they are looking for a Customer Service Manager (O2C) to lead customer service operations for the Italian market while driving operational excellence, process standardization, team development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Mission
- You will be responsible for leading Customer Service and Order-to-Cash operations, ensuring excellent service delivery, high customer satisfaction, and strong cross-functional collaboration across the business.
- You will manage customer service teams while acting as a key partner for Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance,



Logistics and other internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Customer Service teams within the Shared Services Center.
- Manage day-to-day Customer Service and O2C operations.
- Ensure achievement of SLAs, KPIs and service quality targets.
- Oversee order management, pricing, invoicing, collections and dispute resolution processes.
- Drive a customer-centric culture focused on service excellence.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and optimize processes.
