In this role you will uphold Project Safety culture and drive the mechanical rotating equipment discipline across large Oil u0026amp; Gas or Petrochemical projects. You will review contractor deliverables, ensure design integrity, and coordinate with Owner, Licensor and Vendors to optimize equipment design and performance. You will lead technical reviews, provide guidance on specifications and calculations, and support project options and optimization. This position offers exposure to FEED/EPC environments, offshore projects, and ADNOC contexts, with a focus on sustainable, low-carbon energy infrastructure. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Champion project safety culture and engagement
• Identify and resolve mechanical rotating equipment engineering issues
• Review and approve contractor deliverables for rotating equipment design, calculations, and specifications
• Assess vendor and subcontractor designs,
drawings, and data for compliance with owner and project standards
• Attend technical meetings with owner, licensors, contractors and vendors
• Participate in design reviews, 3D model reviews, constructability, SIL, EIA, HAZOP/HAZID sessions
• Ensure quality and accuracy of engineering design, system integration, and equipment selection
• Coordinate engineering participation in design options, business models, and specification updates
• Oversee cross-discipline coordination, xqbhyrx layout reviews and technical workshops
• Support bid evaluation, technical bid analysis, and vendor prequalification
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent; or 15+ years in Oil u0026 Gas / Petrochemical
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role on mega Oil u0026 Gas / Petrochemical projects
• FEED and EPC experience required
• PMC experience
• Offshore project experience; at least 5 years in offshore projects
• ADNOC experience required
